Map showing State Farm Agent David Bonner's office at 310 S Main Avenue, Portales, NM

I graduated from ENMU in 1983 with a B/S and met my wife Nikie here at Eastern. We have 3 wonderful children and now that we are not hauling kids to High School Rodeos and Junior Rodeos, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, team roping a little for myself and taking care of my place.

I went to work for State Farm in 1988 in our claims department and after 8 years I had the opportunity to become a State Farm Agent here in Portales and I’ve been an agent here for 28 years. I have 3 great team members, and we would welcome the opportunity to serve you & provide you with a free quote for your insurance. We are very competitive in Auto, Renters & life insurance. We would take pride in servicing your business, our customers are friends.

Having not had much of a winter this year, spring has come early. We are hoping for good rains and not much wind. The spring semester is in full swing and college student have returned to campus after spring break.

Are you a college student? Then protect your stuff while you’re away at college—renters insurance can cover your laptop, textbooks, and clothes if they get stolen or damaged. It’s affordable and gives you confidence that you are protected , so you can focus on classes instead of worrying about unexpected expenses. Plus, if you accidentally cause damage to your apartment, renters insurance can help cover the costs, saving you from out-of-pocket surprises. Contact my office or use the State Farm app to get a quick, easy quote today.
